At Aidez Nous à Aider, we believe in dignity, opportunity, and belonging for all — especially for migrants who are often pushed to the margins of society. As we grow, so does our need for a physical space: a place where undocumented migrants can work, learn, connect, and thrive.
We are launching a campaign to raise funds for a dedicated office and community space in Morocco that will serve as the heart of our work — and a safe haven for those who need it most.
Why We Need This Space
Migrants in Morocco, especially those who are undocumented, face enormous barriers. Access to stable work environments, digital tools, and professional development is nearly impossible without formal status. Many live in overcrowded, unsafe conditions, making it difficult to focus, collaborate, or even dream.
Our community needs a physical hub — not only to work, but to heal, grow, and build futures.
🌍 What the Office Space Will Provide
1. A Safe and Quiet Workspace
- Equipped with computers, desks, and reliable internet
- Accessible to migrants who want to learn digital skills like video editing, marketing, motion graphics, and more
- A place to work on resumes, portfolios, online learning, and entrepreneurial projects
2. Emergency Housing
- One to two extra rooms will be available for short-term stays (maximum 4 nights)
- This will provide urgent support to migrants in transition, newly arrived, or escaping unsafe living conditions
- Staff and volunteers will help guests connect to housing and community services
3. A Home Base for Aidez Nous à Aider
- A central space to hold team meetings, workshops, and trainings
- A venue to welcome partners, volunteers, and artists
- A site to plan our next murals, campaigns, skill-building programs, and advocacy work
