This intentional composition stems from our belief that those directly affected by migration possess unparalleled insights into their needs and the potential for change. We consider it essential to be guided by individuals who intimately understand the complexities of migration, ensuring our initiatives are not only relevant but also reflective of the lived experiences of migrants. Since 2015, Aidez Nous à Aider (ANA) has worked on the ground in Northern Morocco to support undocumented migrants through practical, community-driven initiatives. The organization has developed programs in digital skills training, including video editing, motion graphics, and marketing, enabling migrants to access online income opportunities. ANA has led creative advocacy projects like mural campaigns and “Activism through Art,” amplifying migrant voices in public spaces. It has also launched income-generating initiatives such as migrant-designed merchandise and recycled crafts, while involving migrants directly in leadership and mentorship roles. Alongside this, ANA has built partnerships with local and international actors and created opportunities for migrants to engage in environmental actions, fostering both economic empowerment and social inclusion.
